Main Responsibilities工作職責:
1. Responsible for recruitment and support the needs of business departments.負責招聘工(gong)作,支持業務部門需(xu)求。
2. Process HR-related reports and system operation.處理(li)HR相關的(de)報(bao)表及(ji)系統操作。
3. Assist in company’s training course for employee’s growth.協助公司(si)培訓課程的開(kai)展。
4. Assist administrative affairs and activities organize.支持(chi)行政相關工作(zuo)及活動的組織開展。
5. Support other things assigned by manager.上級領導(dao)交(jiao)辦的其他事項(xiang)。
Main Requirements崗位需求:
1. Bachelor’s degree major in human resources and English level 4 or relevant.??本(ben)科學歷, 人力資源相關專(zhuan)業及英(ying)語四級優先。
2. 5 years’ working experience with 2 years’ in recruiting and interviews.五年年以上(shang)工(gong)作經(jing)驗,含2年招聘和面試的經(jing)驗。
3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.積(ji)極主動(dong)、學習(xi)能力強,且對人(ren)和(he)新的任務有熱(re)情和(he)興趣。
4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.客戶導向,有服務意識(shi),善于溝通。
5. Good operating of office software.熟悉操作辦公(gong)軟(ruan)件(jian)。
