Position Overview崗(gang)位描述:Support colleagues related to HR affairs, recruiting, training and administrative items with good collaboration.支持(chi)人力資源(yuan)事務(wu),招聘,培訓和行政相關工作(zuo)。
Main Responsibilities工作職責:
1. Responsible for recruitment and support the needs of business departments.負責招聘工作(zuo),支持業(ye)務部門需(xu)求。
2. Process HR-related reports and system operation.處理(li)HR相關的報表(biao)及(ji)系(xi)統操作(zuo)。
3. Assist in company’s training course for employee’s growth.協(xie)助公司培(pei)訓課程的(de)開展。
4. Assist administrative affairs and activities organize.支持行政相(xiang)關工作及活動的組織開展。
5. Support other things assigned by manager.上級領導交辦的其(qi)他(ta)事項。
Main Requirements崗位需求:
1. Bachelor’s degree major in human resources and English level 4 or relevant.??本科學歷, 人力(li)資源相(xiang)關專業(ye)及英語(yu)四級優(you)先。
2. 5 years’ working experience with 2 years’ in recruiting and interviews.五年年以上工作經(jing)驗(yan)(yan),含2年招聘和面試的經(jing)驗(yan)(yan)。
3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.積極主(zhu)動、學習能力強,且對人和(he)新的任務有(you)熱情和(he)興趣(qu)。
4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.客(ke)戶導向,有服務意識,善于(yu)溝通。
5. Good operating of office software.熟悉(xi)操作辦公軟件。
