Main Responsibilities:
1.According to the requirements of equipment functionality and safety regulations, design the electrical schematic and choose the electrical components, create the drawings for cable harnesses, maintenance the parts and BOM in IFS system. Build the prototypes according to the schematic, and run functionality testes.
根據設備的功能和安全規范的要求,設計電氣原理圖,并進行電氣元器件的選型,并根據需求創建線材圖紙,在系統中維護電氣物料和BOM。根據原理圖組裝原型機,并進行功能測試。
2.Modify electrical schematic according to new requirements. Change the parts, hardness drawings and BOM. Implement the modifications on test machine and do functionality testes. Create and release the ECN.
根據新的需求,更改電氣原理圖,并更改相應的電氣元器件、線材圖紙和BOM,在測試機器上實施更改,并進行功能測試。最后創建并發布ECN。
3.Run testes for electrical/electronic/mechanical design on sorting machine, find out the problem and come up with new propose to improve.
對分選機的電氣部分進行測試,發現其中的問題并進行改進建議。
4.Be an ECN coordinator, Receive ECR from all site, organize a meeting with related people to review ECR, then create CO, create ECN and release.
成為ECN的協調員,接收來自全球的工程變更需求,和相關人員開會討論該需求是否可執行,然后創建變更工單,創建ECN并發布。
5.cooperate with mechanical engineer to do some mechanical design and improve machine structure
協助機械(xie)工程師做些(xie)機械(xie)設計優(you)化設備結(jie)構。
Main Requirements:
1.2+ years relevant experience in electrical design;
2年以上電氣設計經驗。
2.Bachelor’ degree or above, major in automation, mechatronics is a plus;本科或以上學歷,自動化或電氣相關專業,機電一體化專業更佳。
3.Master of ePlan and AutoCAD; Familiar with solidworks and machinery automation and related knowledge.
精通ePlan和AutoCAD;熟悉solidworks 和機器自動化控制原理及相關知識。
4.Know the safety regulations for electrical equipment (CE, UL). ATEX and Australian standard will be a plus;
了解電氣設備相關的安全法規要求(CE, UL)。ATEX 和澳洲標準優先。
5.Good understanding of mechanical and application test is a plus.
熟悉機械和測試的(de)工作優先。
